Studio Legale Biamonti - Rome

Studio Legale Biamonti ("Studio Biamonti") is a well established Italian law firm, dating back to 1930 when Avv. Luigi Biamonti Sr. set up his practice in Rome and Milan. His intention was to create a firm specializing in business law and offering a superior quality service. The firm soon developed a significant commercial practice advising major corporate clients, in Italy and abroad, on a wide range of transactions.

In the 1950s and 60s Studio Biamonti continued its expansion, consolidating its position among the leaders of the legal profession. It relocated to its present offices in 1970 where the business has kept growing: building a substantial base of commercial clients with whom close personal connections have been established.

It is due to the high professional standards and determination of the founder, as well as the commitment of the other partners and associates, that the firm has gone on to achieve such a level of success and has prospered so well.

Catering always to the need of its clientele, both at home and abroad, Studio Biamonti has become increasingly international. The creation of the European Community, and with Italy being one of the original Member States, presented further opportunities to assist clients before the European Court of Justice and in E.U. law, in particular (in the 8ties Studio Legale Biamonti opened an office in Brussels).

In recent years, the firm has met a new challenge as the increasing size and complexity of client transactions demands more specialist expertise but requires increased professional flexibility and an even greater level of client commitment.

Studio Biamonti is structured to and currently services the needs of wide variety of clients, both national and transnational, operating in all areas of commercial and industrial activity, including manufacturing, distribution, financial and professional services. Clients range from medium sized private companies to public listed companies and individuals.

Studio Legale Biamonti addresses its clients' needs in Italian, English and French.

Partners and associates do regularly write and publish a number of articles and papers on international commercial law topics.

Studio Biamonti's partners are regularly invited to lecture at international conferences and on university courses.
