At PLG International Lawyers we take the involvement and development of our younger lawyers very seriously. YPLG is the group for our lawyers aged 35 and under. As well as specific events during our regular meetings our young lawyers enjoy other opportunities within the network. The exchange programme allows young lawyers to spend two to eight weeks with another firm within the network, and our Summer Academy, which will take place for the 3rd time this September in Lisbon, is an opportunity for both professional and academic development and team building.
