The Firm was founded in 1925 and is one of the oldest in Athens. During almost 100 years of providing legal services, they have acquired a vast experience and expertise in handling legal issues, as well as the confidence of their Greek and international clientele.

Specialized in business with France, the Firm is the counsellor of the French Embassy in Greece; naturally it is fully French speaking. The Head of the Firm, Constantin Karagounis, is member of the Paris Bar, working in Paris with Lmt Avocats (16 place du Général Catroux, 75017 Paris). He is Partner and Chair of the French Law firm Karagounis S.E.L.A.S. operating at the same premises.
