ETERNA LAW  has successfully represented interests of a well-known Swiss trade arm of a major governmental trade company in several sets of multimillion GAFTA arbitrations against major Vietnamese traders.

ETERNA LAW  has facilitated the clients to obtain the positive awards of the Sole Arbitrator regarding the default of Vietnamese traders under several contracts. The cases included, inter alia, the issues on the existence of contracts, the failure of buyers to perform their contractual obligations and the default damages. The Sole Arbitrator has accepted Eterna Law`s arguments in each dispute in their entirety and granted default damages as requested.
