The real estate lawyers of Schaap Advocaten Notarissen were recently involved in various large-scale construction projects in the Netherlands. For example, the team advised on the development of De Zalmhaven residential tower in Rotterdam; with 62 floors and 485 residences the highest residential tower in the Netherlands.  Schaap’s lawyers also advised on other prestigious projects, such as the sale of a 71,000 m² distribution centre in the south of the Netherlands and the construction of a heat network for a housing corporation and a large energy supplier.

On the basis of these and various other projects, PropertyNL, a leading research organization and publisher in the field of commercial real estate and the housing market in the Netherlands, has once again placed the Schaap real estate team in the top rank of Dutch real estate lawyers for 2021.
