Company Profile

Studio Legale Marsaglia was founded in 1981 by Avv. Antonia Marsaglia. It has since operated in Milan offering assistance to foreign companies entering the Italian market and offering Italian companies international assistance.

The mission of the firm is to support the client to reach its targets and develop its business by offering high quality and very personalized assistance that goes well beyond the mere supply of information. The firm offers a team to become part of the client’s team.  The client range consists of both major international groups and mid range family companies.

 

Services cover both theoretical and practical problems ranging from credit recovery to the structuring and drafting of agency and distribution agreements to structuring and drafting connected with national and international mergers, acquisitions and joint-ventures, to the solution of practical problems such as staff and premises, domiciliation, corporate accounts, VAT procedures and bidding procedures.

IT and IP specialists operate within the Firm. The firm offers skilled mediation service and a full litigation service to protect clients’ interests either by way of arbitration procedures or before the Italian courts including cost effective debt recovery and the protection of trademarks and patents.

In 2020 two new departments were opened, one in association with the advisory Galileo , specialized in the development of international markets and M&A and one specialized in assistance for the composition of indebtedness.
